This privacy policy applies to our websites and our mobile application owned and operated by Integrated Database Systems (IDS). This privacy policy describes how IDS collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website and on our mobile application. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of personal information and how you can access and update this information.
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield

IDS participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. IDS is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. IDS is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. IDS complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, IDS is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, IDS may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website [https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint], you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Information Collection and Use
IDS may collect your personal information such as name, company name, billing address, phone number and email address in order for us to contact you, send your requested product or service information, send you newsletter and create and administer your account. Agencies using the Generations service may collect information on theri customers including medical data and social security numbers. IDS collects credit card information from customers to process orders.

When you download and/or use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and unique device id. 

We collect your location based information for the purpose of recording caregiver visit verification when arriving and departing from the client's location. Location based tracking is an optional component of the service that must be subscribed and turned on by the customer. 

You may opt-out of location based services at any time globally by editing your company preferences or individually by editing the setting at the device level. To cancel all visit verification services including location services email us at support@idb-sys.com.
Information Sharing
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as offering customer service or a mapping service provider to provide a map of the location you are looking for or the location you are currently in. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. We do not share or disclose any data you enter into the application without your prior consent including but not limited to clients, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and case managers.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • If IDS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
User Access and Choice
Upon request, IDS will provide you with the information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or delete it by emailing us at or support@idb-sys.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain your information (including geo-location data) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
IDS and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our website or service.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information.

The site www.idb-sys.com utilizes third party services including Live Chat service and Google Analytics. The use of cookies by these service providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

We partner with a third party (Youtube) to manage advertising on other sites. Our third party may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. Mobile Analytics


We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the applications, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application

Security
IDS implements reasonable security measures and precautions to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Security measures include logical and physical access controls for user access to Personal Information, as well as technical security measures at the network, operating system and database layers. When you enter your log in information on our service and/or provide geo-location on our mobile application, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Links to 3rd Party Sites
Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of IDS. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit.
Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged IDS.

IDS collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. IDS has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the IDS' Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within 30 days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. IDS will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective.
