We are still riding high after attending the Pennsylvania Homecare Association Virtual Conference (PHA) last week!
The conference was a reminder of the many homecare associations across the United States that have pivoted successfully to a virtual format due to COVID-19. In doing so, they have continued to share critical information and valuable resources with their members. They continue to prove that the homecare industry can rise to meet any challenge.
Conference Highlights
At the Pennsylvania Homecare Association conference, we heard from industry experts on homecare best practices, tips and tactics. We also attended sessions on topics ranging from leadership in these challenging times, to improving patient satisfaction, to EVV, to telehealth, and to caregiver recruitment and retention.
