We are still riding high after attending the Pennsylvania Homecare Association Virtual Conference (PHA) last week!
The conference was a reminder of the many homecare associations across the United States that have pivoted successfully to a virtual format due to COVID-19. In doing so, they have continued to share critical information and valuable resources with their members. They continue to prove that the homecare industry can rise to meet any challenge.
At the Pennsylvania Homecare Association conference, we heard from industry experts on homecare best practices, tips and tactics. We also attended sessions on topics ranging from leadership in these challenging times, to improving patient satisfaction, to EVV, to telehealth, and to caregiver recruitment and retention.
Thanks to the many of you who stopped by our booth to ask questions about Generations Homecare System, download the Generations Booklet, or just say “hi.” We enjoyed chatting with each and every one of you.
If you did not make it to our booth, it is not too late to collect information about our homecare solution.
Take a few minutes to read the Generations Booklet for a list of the features that help providers do the following:
- Keep care teams happy and motivated
- Comply with Pennsylvania’s EVV requirements
- Document and report successful care outcomes
- Ensure exceptional care is always delivered
- And much, much more.
For those of you who weren’t able to attend or for those who don’t work in Pennsylvania, here is the video we shared with attendees.
Last but certainly not least, a big thank you to the Pennsylvania Homecare Association for organizing an exceptional conference. We look forward to the next one!
