Generations Homecare System Introduces Its AuthentiCare Interface for Homecare Providers in Arkansas
The all-in-one homecare software system simplifies the Medicaid billing process for homecare providers in Arkansas.
Mt. Pleasant, MI, January 27, 2021 – Today, Generations Homecare System announced its EVV interface with AuthentiCare for homecare providers in Arkansas. Homecare providers that use Generations and bill Medicaid in Arkansas can meet the state’s electronic visit verification (EVV) requirements.
Homecare agencies that bill Medicaid are required by federal law to use EVV to verify care provider visits, as mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act
“We are pleased to add another payor solution to our list of EVV interfaces for agencies across the United States. With the new AuthentiCare interface for agencies in Arkansas, homecare providers that use Generations are equipped with best-in-class technology that is effective and easy to use,” stated Lance Ferden, Generations Homecare System Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer.
Benefits of the Generations AuthentiCare Interface
Benefits of the new functionality include:
- Accurate records and billing exports
- A simplified reimbursement process using fully integrated EVV
- HIPAA compliance
What’s more, as part of the Generations EVV solution, the Generations Mobile App includes in-app electronic and voice signature. Using the Mobile App, caregivers and care recipients can sign for care delivered in real time, which can limit office visits and reduce the chance for infection during public health emergencies such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
“As a dedicated partner to the industry, we want to ensure that Generations clients have the tools they need to seamlessly and effortlessly meet all relevant state-mandated EVV requirements and deliver exceptional care,” explained Lisa Ferden, Generations Homecare System Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.
