#1. Tell us a little bit about your agency and how you got started with Generations?
Absolute Homecare and Medical Staffing offers non-medical and private nursing solutions to support individuals aging in place, healing at home, and enjoying concierge services. We are locally owned and operated, serving SW Michigan since 2005.
We have partnered with Generation for over a decade and appreciate the ongoing support, advances in technology, and the user-friendly system.
#2. How has Generations Homecare System helped your agency during Covid-19?
Generations has been invaluable during this pandemic, giving us a safe, secure model for communication, scheduling & admin capabilities for both office and remote work.
#3. Which features within the app do you feel your agency and caregivers have found most helpful for delivering care?
Top features for the app include the caregiver calendar and shift reminder notification. Our group also appreciates the accessibility of care plans, maps, and directions. And the EVV feature has been exceptional; ensuring screening and safety protocols are met.
#4. How has your care team utilized the support and training resources within Generations?
Generations does a great job communicating updates and providing on-going support and training. January’s Impact Summit portrayed the value-added benefits and continued support provided by Generations, and introduced us to new perspectives & usability within the system.
#5. Is there anything in particular that you are looking forward to in 2021 for your agency?
We will be presented with opportunities for growth and gratitude in 2021 and as we move forward in our 16th year of service, It’s a perfect time for us to celebrate ourselves and our agency, the industry, and all the essential workers out there giving back to the community. We are grateful for our dedicated trust and support of our staff. It’s truly a privilege for all people to live life at home safely and in-home care and concierge services.
